What Diet To Follow When Creatinine Level Is High?

Dear Doc...i have hypertension for last 19 yrs.and am presently a patient of CKD and my creatinine is 3.2, my age is now 42. i am on amplodipine atenolol and other medication. What sort of a diet plan should I go for to avoid further damage to my kidneys?

Avoided Foods

The foods that are rich in creatinine, include meat, rich protein foods,animal organs etc. You are suggested to eat less of the following foods:

- Butter, Red meats, White bread, Sweets, Diary, White flour, Caffein-containing drinks - tea, coffee

- Beer, Wine
