Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Duphastone is progesterone which is not harmful to the fetus and is given in pregnancy to support the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus.
Primulet contains norethisterone which is a progesterone, but can cause virilization of female fetus if taken in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
