Information given by you is not sufficient to come to a conclusion. Frequent urine may occur in diabetes or urine infection. You might need to get your blood sugar and urine checked. If pain shoots from back to any of your legs, this might be a Neuro problem. In that case, your doctor might advise an MRI of lumbosacral spine.
