I am 21 & only have had one sexual partner which is my fiance now, when we first got together I noticed he had a cluster of what looked to be warts on his shaft, I didn't think much of it; but now a 5 years later and plenty of unprotected sex and oral, I have noticed a small bump and a weird little flap of skin, which I believe may be from him. After noticing I tried to examine the bumps on his shaft and have now noticed that the cluster is gone with some discolored scarring, and now noticed a small irritated bump right underneath the head of his penis. I haven't said anything yet, but truthfully, I have no idea what to do... Please any information would help. Thank you.
