Could The Lumps On Scrotum And Penis Be Fordyce Spots?
Hi doctor, i have small little lumps on my scrotum and penis they look like Fordyce spots, but at the back off my mouth on my tounge it looks like big red warts visible, and i have anal warts as well could this be Fordyce spot or do u think it will be more genital warts (hpv) :

It can be a manifestation of sexually transmitted diseases and human papilloma virus. Check for those with an STD panel. If there is no STD, then it can be due to fordyce spots and bacterial infection.
