Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
It may take months for normal menses to start after stopping contraceptive pills. Also all symptoms suggest of normal menstrual period but you are not getting menses so there might be retention of menses inside uterus. I would advise ultrasound of abdomen to look for uterus and it's endometrium. Please take visit to gynecologist and get yourself examined. All the best.
