Hello, I have gone through your query. As you have mentioned that you have been operated for Tubectomy in the past, so chances of pregnancy are quite less.

The problems or symptoms which you are mentioning actually relate to decreased functioning of thyroid gland which we term as "Hypothyroidism". And moreover you have mentioned about swollen neck left side which makes my suspicion more stronger.

There is nothing to fear or worry about. I come across many patients with similar symptoms everyday. You just need to get your "thyroid function tests" done with a laboratory. Then you can share your report with me or you can visit your doctor. The problem of "hypothyroidism" can easily be resolved with Thyroxine hormone replacement therapy.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks and regards
