What Could Spotting On Wiping After Urination (post Period) Indicate?

My cycle is normally 3 to 4 days long. I m not wearing tampons anymore and not bleeding in my underwear, but everytime I go to the restroom the I m spot bleeding but its only there when I wipe. I got off my period two days ago (stopped wearing a tampon because I m not bleeding heavily like a menstral cycle) but now these past two days only when I wipe there s light blood on my tissue. What could this mean?
