What Could Painful Ribs, Diarrhea With Cold Post Gallbladder Removal Suggest

I just got my gallbladder taken out in Jan. and I was fine up till now. I'm having pain under my rib where the Gallbladder use to be. and on the left side up above the rib. They cut me in 4 places and the top one is having a lot of pain and is still swollen but the rest are not. The pain is so bad I can't even walk. and last night I had a temp. of 103. I'm still having diarrhea after I eat and I feel like I'm going to puke after I eat and in general all the time lately. But I do have a cold but this pain has been going on for over a week now. does anyone no what could be wrong?
My fever has already went away but I'm still having really bad pain. Do I have an infection? or is it just cause of my cold? PLEASE HELP!
