welcome to Health care magic.

Your report findings strongly suggest the missed abortion / abortion. With intact gestational sac corresponding to 6 weeks with out foetal pole.

Generally foetal heart rate is monitored by 5 1/2 weeks trans vaginally and 6 1/2 weeks trans vaginally ( in your case foetal pole is not seen - suggest Blighted ovum ( abortion) supportive bleeding cause.

Finally you can have a followup scan after a week time - will give definitive report.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
