Hello dear,

Given the fact that there is history of diabetes & thyroid in your family, your symptoms can be attributed to Neuropathy (damage to nerve) & Retinopathy (any pathology in the retina of eye) secondary to Diabetes or Thyroid disorder.
Investigations like estimation of blood glucose level, Thyroid profile & Fundoscopy will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

However, other causes needs to be ruled out, such as:
1. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.
2. Any fluctuation in blood pressure levels.
3. Inadequate hydration & nutrition status.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) as well as multivitamin & mineral supplementation.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Meanwhile, maintain adequate hydration, take a healthy balanced diet & avoid stress.

Wishing a good health.
Take care.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I suspect these are complications of diabetes mellitus.
Tingling in the shoulder and arm down to elbow is diabetic neuropathy.
Blurry eye may be caused by high blood sugars.
High blood sugar causes the lens of the eye to swell, which changes your ability to see and lead to blurry vision.
Please check your blood sugar levels in fasting and post prandial levels.
In addition check HbA1c level, this will be helpful in predicting your blood sugar control recently for last 3 to 4 months.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
