What Could Cause Problems With Adenoids After Sinus Surgery?

hi, i had sinus surgery, since the day after surgery two months ago i have been having trouble with my adenoids , there seems to be a narrowing of the area near the back of the roof of the throat, flem builds up and my ears seem to have fluid in them. what can be done to determine the problem?

Your symptoms could be related to a local infection or allergy reaction. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, a throat discharge bacterial culture and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
