Hi,

I think that this can be a normal phenomenon after termination of pregnancy. If your pregnancy test is negative then I would suggest you to start a course of medroxyprogesterone tablet 10 mg for 5 days. Also, I think you should wait for 3 weeks for periods to start. Thyroid profile test is to be done to rule out thyroid abnormality.
