What Could Cause Inverted,itchy Nipples And Sticky Secretion, All Reports Normal?

Rare epithileal cells found on breast smear after having clear sticky nipple discharge. Not pregnant have 2 children. Normal lump left breast. Mammogram 2012 no concerns. Also lab results noted rare cocci? Cells and normal flora no neutrophils. What does the lab reports mean? 27 yrs old unexplained weight loss, normal bloodwork including thyroid pituitary and prolactin. Inverted nipple..clear sticky spontaneous nipple discharge. .burning and itching nipple sometimes clinical breast exam dr stated breasts appear normal..? Any help is appreciated

I really appreciate your concern this could be a skin infection of nipples area little bit deeper inside in my opinion such case should be treated with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs and the best choice is "Cap Amoxicillin 500mg three times in day and Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, have good day.
