What Could Cause Extreme Cramping Below Rib Cage And Vaginal Bleeding Under Exertion Since Undergoing Total Hysterectomy?

I have had a complete total hysterectomy in the 1990's, within the last 2 yrs I have developed a cramp in the right side right under my ribcage and if I bend down something causes extreme cramping and to relieve it I have to lay out flat and push whatever it is back under the ribcage. Within the last 2 yrs I am experiencing vaginal bleeding and it seems to happen after I have lifted something or raked or swept , etc etc. I have had xrays, ultrasound and CT Scan with nothing specific being found, any help is appreciated, I am due to have a pap smear jan 30th., thanks Pat Penrod

HI,
The pain under rib cage may come with muscular cramps,indigetion & abdominal bloating, some liver /gall bladder problems.
To differentiate you need a physical examination followed by investigations as per need.To be followed by treatment .
Vaginal bleeding after complete hysterectomy does need internal examination by an expert Gynecologist/ a Pap smear test as early as possible.
