I am 12 weeks pregnant. I am having a lot of pain in my back when I take deep breaths it hurts. Not only does my back hurt but my stomach hurts. My 18 month old wants to lay on my chest and I can't because the pressure on my belly really hurts. Above my navel and a little to the right I have some pain. This is really unbearable. Could I just have a pulled muscle in my back? Or could it be an umbilical hernia?
