What Could Be The Reasons For Late Periods, Cramps And Lower Back Pain?

hello,

My period is only about 4 days late, I have cramps like I am going to start my period but there is never any blood. I also have been going number 2 a lot and have had lower back pains. what could be my problem. I have looked up many things from IBS to Ovarian Cyst.

Thanks for the query.
Just by general symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding the problem.
Because as you said many diseases can have few common symptoms.
If you have any doubt regarding pregnancy, once go for urine test for pregnancy.
If there is no possibility of pregnancy, possibly the symptoms you are having indicating impending menstrual flow.
So, wait for 4 to 5 days.
Possibly by that time you will get withdrawal bleeding.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
If you do not get periods even after 4 to 5 days, consult gynecologist once and take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
