What Could Be The Reason Of Dizziness, Pain On Upper Left Side, Nausea?

I have had dizziness,pain on my upper left side,nausea,headaches,shortness of breath and dull chest pain for the past 10 months. Had heart checked,lungs and even mri of my brain n neck. Everything came out normal,thank God, but no one knows what s wrong. It has taken over my life.please help.

Hi. Good that he investigations you mentioned are within normal limits. You have symptoms for 10 months.Are the blood investigations like hemogram, blood sugar, urea, creatinine, Thyroid function tests normal ? If they are normal, think on the line of psychological stress or overwork as a probable cause.
