What Could Be The Reason For The Missed Periods Having Stopped The Depo Shot And Have Cramps And Sore Breast?
Hey i started the depo shot in aug and I just got off after only taking one shot and also had a period the whole 3 months I was on depo. I went off the end of nov and at the end of December started having cramps and sore breast. I thought I was going to come on because that's what normally happens before I start my cycle but I never came on..just was wondering is that normal for that to happen???

It is common to have such irregular periods as it used to be before the shots.
The constitutional symptoms like like sore breast, and and cramps, are normal, but still it is important to exclude pregnancy,by having home pregnancy test.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to have a good health.
