hi, im a 17 year old female and i recently been receiving these moments where i feel light headed, weak, shaky,short of breath and my heart pounds stronger. i am very concerned im very healthy and involved in a lot of sports this hasn t happened to me in the past.

Although the most common causes for such type of symptoms at your age are anemia,dehydration,stress and anxiety,however some cardiac anomaly can also cause these symptoms.You must consult a cardiologist and get yourself evaluated properly.
