What Could Be The Reason For Having Headache, Acidity And Related Pain In Chest?

male age 39, height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 60 kg, i had paranasal sinusitis in 2006 and took homoe medicine for two years. But i have not got rid of my headache completely. Now a days I have headache lasting for more than a day. it is recurrent.Besides this, i have a problem of acidity and related pain in the chest.Heart check up including TMT and ecocardigraphy results were normal. in 2005 i had a tuberculosis cyst on the face near the righ ear, done incision, I would like to know what is the reason for my headfache?

No, that tubercular cyst is not a cause for your headache.
In my opinion, you are having stress and anxiety related headache.
Your acidity and chest pain are also due to stress and anxiety related GERD.
So we should definitely treat your stress and anxiety first.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You will improve with anxiolytic drugs and counselling sessions.
For acidity and chest pain, take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach. Avoid hot and spicy food, avoid junk food.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
