What Could Be The Reason For Having Diarrhea, Loose Bowel Movement And Rash?

I had diarrhea and sickness every hour for 25 hours, starting at approx 1am on 31/12/13 and ending at 2am 01/01/14. I was not able to keep liquid down during this period. Yesterday I was able to keep liquid down, and did feel slightly better. Today I am feeling very unwell again, I feel very sick although I have not been sick, and am having loose bowel movements again. I also have a slight rash on my inner elbow (right). Thanks.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of diarrhea and sickness that got recovered to recur. feeling unwell now, sick and slight rash on inner right elbow.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be gastroenteritis that the body could not control, hence causing secondary effects.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool and blood checked.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, activated charcoal will help you to recover well.
Use boiled and cooled water and fresh home made food only.
