What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pulling Pressure In My Lower Stomach?

I am an 18 year old female. And the past week ive been feeling not really pain, but a heavy, kind of pulling pressure in my lower stomach. Around the bladder area. And when I use the restroom, and I can feel my bladder emptying, when its almost empty ill get this shooting pressure/ pain in my bladder and urithra, and having the extreme urge to push more pee out. This is the fourth day ive been feeling this. I have also been on my period this week if that has to do with anything. I also feel quite uncomfortable when im just laying down or walking. It almost feels like my bladder is going to fall out of me or something.

The history you have provided so well is indicative of cystitis with or without a stone in the bladder.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood for infection.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen particularly for genitourinary system.
Get a course of an antibiotic, urilizer.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Further investigations and treatment as per the opinion of an Urologist.
