What Could Be The Problem In Q Wave Which TMT And Echo Test Revealed As Inferior And Doctor Prescribed 81 Mg Of Aspirin Daily?

Dear Sir I have done last week TMT and echo test because of doctor recomanded because in my ecg there was inferior in q wave after the test both report was normal and doctor prescribe aspirin 81 mg dailly,

so i would like to know what problem was with my q wave.

Dear patient,

Thanks for the query. The ECG sometimes can give false positives about a heart scar, that usually manifests as a Q wave in the ECG. Your body composition, medications, other diseases, etc, can imprint similar changes in the ECG. The Echo is far more sensitive so if this was normal, I would disregard the ECG appearance.
