What Could Be The Option For The Implant Incorrectly Placed With Upper Lip Not At Center?

My wife 2 years ago had a plastic surgery done. Several proceedures was done by surgeon: reshaping of nose, breast implant removed, face and neck lift and liposuction, chin augmentation. Now my wife nose is crocked, implant was incorrectly placed, upper lip is not centered with nose tip and lower lip, one eye brow slightly higher, having problem breathing thru her left nostrel. We now filed with small claims and need a medical opinion from a surgeon in the field and perhaps teaches at a university. I m in Toronto, Canada and a doctor friend suggest getting an opinion in another province or cross the border to US. What I m I to do in getting an honest opinion and the cost for it. claim is $25,000.
