Hi, I have been having symptoms of a UTI I m taking Azo maximum strength. I ve also been peeing very little and white clear discharge follows right behind it. I m now having a small break out on my vagina. Little red bumps they re a little itchy what could this be? I ve had the same sex partner for three years.

For UTI instead of azithromycin the better choice of antibiotic is balofloxacin. The red little bumps on vaginal wall may be allergic in origin. Try using an antiseptic with steroid ointment locally for a few days and see the results.
