Hello and welcome to healthcare magic. Sorry that you feel unwell.
It sounds as though you have a viral illness. Viral illnesses like the cold or flu viruses can cause headache, fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, muscle or joint ache, sore throat.
The blood would occur because the lining of the nasal cavity is inflammed because of the virus, once it resolves the bleeding will stop.
The other thing that can cause the headaches and nasal congestion would be allergic rhinosinusitis. The headache would occur if the sinuses are blocked up which can occur in both colds and allergies. Allergies can also cause the inflammation of the nasal cavity and as a result the bleeding, so if you have a known history of allergies and the symptoms are more in keeping with this and not the cold ( the allergy symptoms might be more intermittent), then you should use your allergy medication.
