What Could Be The Cause Of Getting Bleached Like Stains In Underwear?

Hi, I have been getting bleached like stains in my underwear? I have done a little research on the internet and it is stating this may be due to my PH balance or to much Acidic in my body? If this is the case is there any natural remedies available to create a better balance in my body?

Bleach like stain in underwear first its source is to be ascertain. Most likely it is urethral discharge. Urethral discharge if present then it is to be made into a smear and examined microscopically. After getting the result treatment can be given.
