What Could Be The Cause Of Failure To Maintain Erection?

My husband has been having a difficult time maintaining erections for a few years. He says that when he gets an erection he starts to feel like he has to urinate and then cannot maintain it. He has been tested at the Dr and they cannot find anything. His cholesterol is excellent and he is 42 years old.
