What Could Be The Cause Of Dizziness, Fatigue, Dry Mouth And Dry Eyes?

I'm trying to figure out what to do. I'm a 34 year old female, symptoms of lightheaded was, dizzy, fatigue, dry mout, burining dry eyes, 101.6 temp, heart rate 118, BP is a littl lower than usual 98/68. Dehydration? And should I be seen, how urgently?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth and dry eyes. Since the blood pressure is on the lower side with increased heart rate and increased temperature, these symptoms indicate flu or infection which are causing dehydration and dizziness and other symptoms.
The treatment of the condition is by treatment of the flu by using antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs along with adequate hydration.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
