What could be the cause for getting symptoms of pregnancy with a negative pregnancy test and regular periods ?

25 years old, having unprotected sex, regular periods, stomach growing, tired all the time,struggle to sleep at night, strange cramps throughout body during the night, always hungry, needing the toilet often, emotional. i have been like this for months, but my period is regular and any preg test i do says negative

All this symptoms could be due to over anxiety due to unprotected sex.Not to worry because your test is negative.
Go for routine blood test to rule out any deficiency.
Start multivitamins and haemetinics under your physician's guidance.

thank you... My partner and i are not ruling out getting pregnant.. we are trying without really trying... so i wouldnt say i am anxious about it, though it is all i can think about. i am sad each time the test comes back negative. i will begin the multi vitamins, and i think it is time for a routine check up, i dont know my body anymore, the nausia and fatigue are very difficult to deal with... thanks again
