What Could Be Causing On And Off Tingling, Pricking Sensation In Chest With History Of Tachycardia Settling On Its Own?

Intermittent tingling/pricking sensation left chest. No swelling of legs. Some times sensation of aching left arm. Bloods showed no ischaemic heart disease. ECG normal. Chest X-ray normal heart size. Physical examination normal heart sounds. Some episodes of tachycardia that settles on no meds. Will be having 7 day holter monitor after my holiday in January. What could be causing these recurring symptoms.
