hi,my mom is been suffering from knee pain for the past six months n now its become worse.she is also refusing to go to a doctor.the pain is been shifting from one knee to the other.she is just using volini spray n balm and tells she feels fine but only for a few hours.. this is really bothering me.wat could be the problem
