What Causes Weakness And Black Stool?

my father had heart attack on 26th April 2011 . his urea level is 340 and creatinine is 3-4 so doctors cannot do angiography. he is feeling very weak and passed black stool. he is on fefol. do u think it is serious. what options do doctors have as his kidneys are weak too
