What Causes Walking Difficulty After Treating Ingrown Toenails?

I had am ingrown toenail and I got it fixed at the doctors. I am also a dancer. When the doctor put the medicine in after so the nail wouldn't grow back he shoved it way to far into my knuckle. I cannot move my toe now and its been a year. My toe also has another ingrown toenail on the same toe. It is really bad and sometimes I cant even walk. The top of my toe has a big callas so its very hard and painful to dig out the nail. I don't know what to do it is effecting my dancing and my everyday lifestyle.
