What Causes Vulva Pain During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I am 37 weeks pregnant and 3 cm dilated, and the last 2 days i've been experiencing somewhat of pain while I am sleeping... he fist day was a weird sensation like my baby pushing down but nothing major, and last night my vulva hurt... what could this mean?

1.These are usual symptoms one could experience in the 37weeks or prior to labour.
2.Since baby head is engaged and cause some pressure effect.
3.if its prolong and feels pain/and less feral movement - get a PV examination done and if necessary get an ultrasound examination for fetal well being.
4.As you said its 3cm, suggest you to be in and around where you can get medical help.
