What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Red Bruises Around Eyes?

My son has had dry skin around his eyes and on his face in the last few weeks, then he came down with the flu / cold today he was feeling better and went to work outside for awhile I got home he is vomiting,has diarea and has dark red like bruses around his eyes?

for dry skin around eye he can apply moistener. you have said redness around eye, it is not clear whether around skin or conjunctiva. it may be allergic manifestation. can take levo cetrizine tablet5mg ,daily. cromal eye drop may be applied. if there is develop ment, then it is alright or consult eye doctor.
