What Causes Vomiting After Recovering From Stomach Virus Infection?
My 6 year old had a stomach virus last week and got over it in a couple of days. Four days after the virus, she has started vomiting in her sleep. She has vomited in her sleep for three days straight. Can this be reminants of the virus and should I be concerned that she is vomoting in her sleep?

It may be stomach virus which is casing the problem.
Generally it takes about 5 to 7 days for virus to get cleared.
If i would be the treating physician i would have given syp. ondensetron to my patient.
See a doctor if problem persists.
