Hi I have lately been having night sweats, upper body, with my neck smelling like vinegar. I have Hashimoto s disease, PCOS, RLS, Sleep Apnea, Anemia, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis and recently had a positive ANA so I m heading to a Rheumatologist on Thursday for more testing for Lupus. ( Which my mother had and my brother had MS) Is it likely that I have Lupus? and what does the vinegar smell mean?
