Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Polyp removal from the uterine cavity can lead to bleeding and spotting a few days after the procedure. However, such prolonged Bleeding needs to be investigated properly. Enlarged lymph node in the armpit can be due to infection or due to breast cancer.
For this you should consult a surgeon so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
