What Causes Abdominal Distension?

hi I am EJAZ AHMED from ItALY, my stomech is growing up, i am very upset for this problem. I am work as an worker in factory eight hours daily.But don't do other excercise untill not walking. ONLY I eat my food like farine chappati with veggitables and meat.PL. give me any instructions for less my stomech.

In most cases our dietary choices could lead to excessive flatulence. Some

Certain degree of bloating is normal but in case of excessive bloating it may be sign of food allergy, hiatal hernia ,IBS or inflammatory bowel diseases.
So you should do gastroenterologic work up but first try to change your dietary habits, it means: eat smaller meals but more frequently, avoid fried and spicy food, take menta tea, avoid alcohol and coffee, eat probiotics and milk products, boiled food and vegetables.

Also, there are medications such as Flobian,Magnesium oxide or certain Laxatives which may relieve such symptoms of this continue.

Also, you need to take Carbohydrates that are easier to digest, such as potatoes, rice, and bananas, are good substitutes. Also try to eat around five to six small meals a day instead of three larger ones to help your digestive process.


If there wont be improvement on these measures, you should consider doing diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy, anal sphincter manometry and food allergy testing.
