What Causes Urinary Infection After A Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago, since then I have had urinary infections ever since just had one went to my urologist did a culture it was negative my ovaries were also removed I get a pain on my lower right side where ovaries were then I get urinary infection I still feel pressure after I urinate even though my culture was negative. what else could it be.

I appreciate your concern you have gone through the hysterectomy and that is back 20 years ago so your problem may not be due to the operation, neither this is urinary tract infection, this is more seemed functional problem and for that you have to keep the stress level low otherwise you would be under the impression of urinary tract infection rest of your life, hope this information helps you have nice day.
