What Causes Tongue Bites With History Of Seizure?

I had a seizure when I was 3 years old and was on medication for 5 years after that. NO signed of epilepsy/seizure after that for over 20 years till 2 years ago when I was 26 and had a seizure and was on medication for almost 2 years.

I've had 2 instances of tongue bites in my sleep in the last to weeks. Had no fever but when I got up I felt weak and had a tongue bite. The one from Saturday night is very bad and I cant eat anything or talk comfortably. Should I be worried? What could be the reason?
