What Causes To Wake Up Every Morning With Stomach Pain, Bloating, Gas?

I am 60, usually fit and healthy. The last couple of weeks I have been waking each morning with stomach pain. Going to the toilet does not relieve the symptoms. I am also feeling bloated and suffering with gas. This morning the pain is much stronger and seems to be just on the left half of my stomach. It is tender to the touch and I am feeling somewhat unwell.

Thank you for asking!
Stomach discomforts and bloating at the geriatric age needs a bit work up and diet and lifestyle modifications. A complete history and a detailed physical examination is needed here to connect the dots. Could be NSAIDs, some diet perversions or just old age debilitations which will need diet and lifestyle modifications and some medicinal help once the etiology is confirmed.Get to a gastro enterologist and let them help you.
Take care
