i have the problem of pcos, i am 25 years old.
i am not over weight, no extra growth of hair, not raised insuline level, but slightly enlargerd goiter, my hairs are thin and are falling, and sometime i feel tiredness and problem in breathing,
am i suffering with hyperthyrodism

The given symptoms here is not exactly because of the hyperthyroidism but this could be some nonspecific type of complaint and some functional elements might be playing role behind this, and this is nothing to worry about this, try to keep the stress level low, every thing would be okay, take care.
