Hi,
The tingling pain in left arm/ fingers does not seem ti be related to hysterectomy it indicates neurological cause. which may be-
- Diabetic Neuropathy,
- degenerative changes in cervical spine/ disc problem.
It's starting with urination can be explained for increased abdominal pressure sue to staring, leading to stress to cervical spine.
Thanks.
