What Causes Numbness And Pain On The Foot?
i have a numb heel and tingling pain in my foot since i had a fall and hurt my knee. it is there constantly and after resting my foot in the evening i find it difficult to move. I do exercises fro my foot but it is not helping and the tingling pain is quite bad. my foot is also sore. the tingling pain is along the outside of the foot and underneath it.
