What Causes Throat Ulcers After A Bout Of Infection?

Sir,i am suffering from sever throat infection dr. gave 625 mg antibiotic tablets for 5 days it cured 90% subsequently dr. checked blood i.e. also in normal. however one small ulcer behing tounge beinging of the throat not cured even after 6 days now i am again taking tablet of antibiotic for 5 days. He proposed to take biopsis study further if not cured in three days. please advice us,

Yes. I fully agree with your doctor. Generally, when after the antibiotics use for an infection it is not go away or improved well than the next step is to do a biopsy of that lesion. Please follow your doctor recommendations.
