General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The ulcer in the throat is probably related to tonsil cancer sores. I suggest to gargle with salty water for antibacterial properties. I also suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as acid food. I recommend to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
