What Causes The Feeling Of Fluttering In The Abdomen?

55 year old male. Diabetic - type II. High cholesterol. Mild kidney problems. Feeling like something is "living" in my lower abdomen. It moves like I imagine a baby moves. I have never had this feeling before. It doesn't seem linked to eating. I am having my normal bowel movements.
